This is going to be a short email because my laptop is running low on battery! I had some time and I wrote a new article about the topic of defensiveness.
It is based on a recent personal experience of how I acted when faced with criticism. I have also realized that the larger your sphere of influence, the more you had better get good with this elegant habit!
