Using the regular knife, rather than the steak knife, when very tender meat is servedby Mary I work in a retirement facility. There is a very "proper" female resident who harasses another female resident about knife usage. Ms. Proper is a bully to a sweet lady who does not use her steak knife when meat is very tender (e.g. slow cooked brisket. She scolds her and embarrasses her. What is correct? How should I handle this situation? |
