This Article Reminds Me of What you Teach!

Hi Eunice,
I just wanted to take a few moments to let you know that I purchased the Secrets of Elegance Ebook about a couple of weeks ago after having signed up for you blog and stumbled upon your web site last year. Thank you for taking the time to research, compile and study all of this information to benefit so many women such as myself. This is the information I have always craved and intrinsically desired to know but had no real clue as to how to go about it!
I also wanted to share with you a quote from a 1/4/11 Article on CNN.com entitled "Learning the Value of Stuff by Moving Overseas" by Tsh Oxenreider which she discusses the process of saying good-bye to unnecessary cheap stuff in your life reminds me so much of what you have taught me:
"When you're intentional about what you bring into your home, there's less of a chance that your possessions own you.."
"Living this way isn't about having nothing. It's about everything in your life having value. It's looking at all your belongings and knowing that you've given that thing permission to be there, that the item is truly adding value and beauty to your life..."
http://www.cnn.com/2011/LIVING/01/04/live.simply.move.overseas/?hpt=C2
I believe these quotes are the epitome of what you teach as learning to live elegantly. I'm a divorced mom, currently in a committed relationship heading to the alter relationship and it is an entirely new paradigm shift for me to learn to be elegant, take care of two active children and work a full-time job with limited finances. But, I remember to take baby steps and I am slowly but surely in the elegant direction.
Thanks so much again for this effort of love and sacrifce in creating this website.
