Phone call and the neighbor

I was on the phone with my girlfriend who was very upset with me about where our relationship is and my reaction to the situation. When my neighbor, who had borrowed a drill, walked in to return it and my dog starting barking, they do not have the best history. So I told my girlfriend I would call her back. She called me within a few minutes and asked me if I could tell my neighbor I was in the middle of something so he would leave and I could finish my conversation with her. She was on her way to see me and was going to be at my house in 30 minutes. I told I would call her back. My neighbor left and I called her back in about 10 minutes.

She said this was inconsiderate and rude, I however don't think it was, it was a very short interruption and her harping on me is what is rude. And I think she is overreacting. Who is correct?
