Liberation

Since having had the good fortune of coming across ElegantWoman.Org I have felt such a clarity of purpose fill my heart, gently overflowing into all aspects of my life.
Since I was a little girl I have been slowly refining myself towards a blurred ideal of perfect femininity, in the hope that one day I might stand before a mirror and finally recognise myself. But until very recently I had never known quite why I have always felt the intrinsic need to become this person. The pages of ElegantWoman.Org allowed me to decipher my own ambition, putting into words many of the ideas and dreams I have had strolling around my mind for years.
I also found hope here, for there is a very great comfort in the knowledge that other women share my dream of becoming truly elegant. After reading every word of ElegantWoman.Org I felt that I was finally able to vanquish the shadow of unjustified guilt I had always felt for wanting so ardently to be a lady. I now feel that being passionate about self improvement is not vanity but virtue.
Equipped with this new knowledge, I am overjoyed to find that every decision in my life is made simple (or at least, very much simpler). Which course of action is the most elegant; which choice of words the kindest to all parties? The answers to these little questions allow me to see what the right thing to do is in every situation, a knowledge that manifests into confidence and calm.
Knowing what I expect of myself has been one of the most liberating things I have ever learnt.
I would therefore like to thank Eunice from the bottom of my heart, and to implore any woman reading this testimonial to express your gratitude to her also. Pursue the perfection of your character above all things. I now do, and I have never felt happier, had more self respect, or known such freedom.
Kindest regards,
A.
