Invitation Etiquette

I am throwing a baby shower for my dear friend. I plan on playing the usual games, however I would also like to plan a "baby pool" -- in which guests may guess at the time of day of birth, weight of the baby, etc.

I would like to request $5 for each guess. How can/should I word this in the invitation so that guests are prepared with the appropriate sum of money, but that doesn't seem pushy and demanding. I plan on providing the new parents with half of the pool money, and the winner with the remaining half. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
