Welcome to this site. I've been reading this website for over a year now and love it. I congratulate you on wanting to make such a great change into an elegant woman and suspect you already have some characteristics.

Your post was quite timely for me. I find one of the hardest parts about being and living elegantly is finding a way to get good service or get what we want without resorting to anger. For example, how do you respond elegantly on a service issue where a delivery company repeatedly makes errors? Things of that nature. While most of the time, I can respond appropriately via the proper channels, sometimes, it seems like service is so poor today that unless you resort to anger, it's hard to get what we need or what should have been done correctly the first time. I don't feel good about it and then I try to find elegant examples and they can be hard to come by. Ivanka Trump comes to mind-always seems cool and elegant and I would never imagine her losing her cool although I am certain things don't always work out. I'd love to hear Eunice's take on this.

Anyway, welcome to the site. I love reading about elegance too and try to aspire to elegance in my everyday life.
