Elegant Gestures - Maybe None at all

Thank you for your very kind message. It is refreshing to see this submission and it definitely stood out from the rest. You are a wonderful blessing!

Gestures are elegant only if they are kept minimal and small. Your arms shouldn't be 'flung' around. If you really need to gesture, keep the movement of your arms restricted from the elbows only. That means, your upper arms are usually 'stuck' to your body.

It is actually more elegant not to gesture much. I was animated like you, and probably still am. I always don't know what to do with my hands. So these days, you'll find me holding on to a drink always and my other arm relaxed.

That way, I seem 'calmer' and I can listen to those in my company without fretting about my arms.
