Book Suggestion on Inexpensive Elegant Dressing

I'd like to recommend the book, "Style on a Shoestring" by Andy Page as a resource for learning more about style (not neccessarily fashion) on a budget. It is so practical and helpful with tips throughout on how to work with what you have and how to acquire items you'd like without breaking the bank. She's a fun writer and I've suggested this book to my friends.

My mother passed away last Fall, and I had the responsibility to go through the house. I was going to give away all of her scarves, but after reading the book I decided to keep those treasures and wear them often. (There is a whole section just on scarves!) I now feel very elegant in these timeless pieces.
