Go anyway.... NEW
by: Pamela

We go to funerary services for the living, especially the living who are in pain due to the loss of their loved one. Do not use not knowing the deceased as a block to going. Even if you are just a co-worker of the deceased's great-granddaughter's best friend. The best friend might be bowing under the weight of her friend's grief.
Often times it is those who are a bit removed from the sorrow who are best able to help. And as always this is the type of giving that is long remembered and can make an incredible impact on the grieving.
